OUR CLUB
The Murray Railway Modellers Inc. was born out of a train show in May 2008. The group’s aims are to enjoy the hobby and social activities and to promote the great hobby of model railways within the community. Membership is open to anyone that shares our aims. We are currently working on a modular HO layout. Members own their module or modules while the Club owns the corner sections. We have also purchased an extensive HO layout, "Murranbilla" from The Eltham Model Railway Club. A N scale layout is currently under construction. The Murray Railway Modellers meet every Wednesday night at the new club room at the Wodonga Showground just off Wilson Street. The start time is 7:00pm. We have members interested in N, HO, H0n2½, S, O and G gauges. New members are always welcome. Our next Show is on Saturday and Sunday, May 26th and 27th, 2012 at the Mirambeena Community Centre, 19 Martha Mews, Lavington, Albury, NSW. |
